1. The company provides two-year warranty for the whole machine in addition to the consumables. The head, ink bamper, ink capping, ink pump and other related parts ,which are in direct contact with the ink are not covered by the warranty.
        2. Problems caused by factors such as man-made, natural killing, mosquito bites, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
        3. The daily maintenance of the equipment, the customer should fully cooperate with the technical staff of TXC company to solve the problem by telephone and remote opertion.
